General Use
General User Instructions
Shake container well to distribute menthol crystals. Exceeding half a cup may increase the amount of menthol in the bath, enhancing the cooling sensation beyond tolerable limits. Can be used as full-body soak, foot bath or face plunge.
- For a Bath: Fill your tub with warm water. Sprinkle 2-4 scoops of the soak into the water and mix until dissolved. Soak for 15-20 minutes to allow the minerals and essential oils to work their magic.
- For a Foot Soak: In a basin, dissolve 1-2 scoops of the soak into warm water. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes to soothe tired arches and ankles.
- For a Shower: Before getting in the shower, place 1-2 scoops of the soak on the floor of the shower, away from the drain. The steam will release the therapeutic vapors, creating a refreshing aromatherapy experience.
It's time to get out when the cooling sensation becomes noticeable. You WILL FEEL COLD! Immediately dress and keep the body warm after soak to encourage detox sweating. The cooling sensation will last long after you've finished your bath and dressed.

- For a Foot Soak or Pedicure: Add 1-2 scoops of the soak to a foot bath to provide a therapeutic, cooling sensation that soothes tired feet.
- For a Spa Treatment: Incorporate the soak into a body wrap or hydrotherapy treatment to provide a unique, cooling and invigorating experience that aids in muscle recovery and client relaxation.
- Post-Workout Therapy: For clients who have just completed a workout, a foot or full bath soak with this product can be an excellent addition to a recovery regimen.
Warnings & Precautions
Storage Recommendation: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep jar tightly closed when not in use and avoid moisture/water exposure.
Customer Safety Warnings: For external use only. A strong tingling or cooling sensation is normal. If it becomes uncomfortable, rinse immediately. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Discontinue use if a rash or irritation occurs. This product may cause heart rate to increase or decrease rapidly, or cause variable heart rates. Not for use with people with heart conditions, epilepsy or who are pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not safe for babies or children, adult use only.
DO NOT ADD TO ICE BATH. Use with caution and follow instructions for use. This is intended to be used directly in room temperature, warm or hot water. The menthol is a vasodilator which will enlarge blood vessels giving the sensation of a teeth-shattering ice bath, but without the ice.
