Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any Salve Naturals or Native Earth transactions.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Good news, your balm will be made fresh to order! Please allow up to two weeks to complete your bulk order. In most cases, it will be completed sooner. For bulk orders with volumes greater than 30 gallons (~150lbs), your formulator will provide an estimated project completion. Potential delays may include raw material availability or production queue, but we will inform you of such circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for infusions, tinctures and other custom products manufactured in-house (excluding bulk salves) may be canceled within 48 hours of ordering for a refund, withholding a non-refundable 4% transaction fee.

 

For Apothecary Customers

Due to the nature of our products, all items are not refundable. However, if you've received a damaged/unusable or wrong item, please submit a Product Return request within 10 business days of receiving your order. If Salve accepts your return request, we can offer you a product exchange, store credit or full refund (minus 4% credit card transaction fee). Shipping cannot be refunded; however, we may offer you a $5 store credit, at the discretion of Salve.
