For Apothecary Customers Due to the nature of our products, all items are not refundable. However, if you've received a damaged/unusable or wrong item, please submit a Product Return request within 10 business days of receiving your order. If Salve accepts your return request, we can offer you a product exchange, store credit or full refund. Shipping cannot be refunded; however, we may offer you a $5 store credit, at the discretion of Salve. |
