Returns & Exchanges Policy

For Apothecary Customers

Due to the nature of our products, all items are not refundable. However, if you've received a damaged/unusable or wrong item, please submit a Product Return request within 10 business days of receiving your order. If Salve accepts your return request, we can offer you a product exchange, store credit or full refund. Shipping cannot be refunded; however, we may offer you a $5 store credit, at the discretion of Salve.

For Bulk Salves, Native Earth, Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers, please contact us directly if there is a problem with your delivery at 281-684-0755 or info@salvenaturals.com. 

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be issued for any Native Earth or Bulk Salves transactions.

Orders for infusions, tinctures and other custom products manufactured in-house (excluding bulk salves) may be canceled within 48 hours of ordering for a refund, withholding a non-refundable 4% transaction fee.
