Launching your own brand has never been easier. With our private label services, we handle the complexities of manufacturing and filling so you can focus on building your business. We offer our premium bulk products, which you can brand as your own. Our operations, along with our partner facility, are located in Texas, ensuring efficient production timelines from start to finish.

We work with a flexible MOQ: whatever a 1-gallon yield produces (+/- 2% variance).

Containers: We can provide packaging options tailored to your project. While we can provide containers, you can also. Please collaborate with our in-house formulator to ensure the packaging is perfectly suited for the product before purchasing. Your formulator may request that you ask your supplier to send a sample of the your container. Storage fees may be applied depending on quantities sent to us.

Pricing: Pricing is determined based on factors such as final formula, ingredient selections, ingredient potency, current market pricing for ingredients and $/oz goals. This can only be determined after speaking with your formulator during the introduction call. Often times people come to us with a specific idea, but may not be ideal for the product you're creating. Meeting with your formulator is key for a productive, efficient and correct product formulation.

Private Label Costs: Once we've progressed during the planning stage and selected containers and confirmed formula, we can provide private label costs. Each customer has different needs so there isn't one price fits all situations. Sometimes people want premium products and sometimes more economical. Sometimes people want 5 ingredients, other times people want 40+. We don't want you to pay for something that you don't need! We can't provide pricing without going through our process because we make things highly customizable for each client.
We offer a-la-cart options: for your finished product. You will know your base formula cost $/oz, $/container and from there, we can add toppings to the pizza. We can add labels, seals, box, etc. or any combination of those. If you prefer to get the bottles "naked" (no label), you can apply the finishing touches yourself. You get to decide what services you want us to do! AND if you decide to fill your own containers to save some money, we can provide your base in bulk!

Samples: We don't provide samples because we make everything custom made to order. It costs a lot of labor hours to clean the lab and prep materials and batch records for a small amount. Our minimum for a custom product is 1 Gallon which is considerably low compared to other manufacturers requiring a min 20k units! For our in-house formulas, the minimum is what is offered for purchase through our site. We still make those products fresh to order.

Label Printing: We don't offer printing services, and can recommend you to a printer, or you can use your own. Once we know your packaging selection, we can recommend the optimal label dimensions, label material and printing orientation. You simply create the art and submit it to your printer. Have those finished labels sent to us to apply to your product!
Complimentary Label Review: We offer a free label review service for any product we formulate. We know FDA labeling guidelines and the laws around MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetic Regulation Act), and can be a second set of eyes to make sure your packaging is compliant.

Production Timeline:
Because every custom formula is unique, production timelines are estimated based on your project's specific scope, complexity, order volume, packaging, and manufacturing steps. Our formulator will provide a tailored estimate during your initial planning consultation.
Once your payment is received and ingredient availability is confirmed, your order enters our production queue. Orders are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis, and smaller runs (e.g., 250 units) typically move through production faster than larger orders (e.g., 2,000 units). Here is our step-by-step process for custom formulation and private label manufacturing:
- Schedule Kickoff Introduction Meeting: Use this booking link to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation with our formulator. If you only have a rough concept and are unsure which ingredients you need, our team will guide you through the initial ideas.
- Introduction Meeting: During this meeting, we will review your project scope, target market, product applications, desired ingredients, unit targets, goal $/oz, and packaging specifications (sizes, materials, etc.). Our formulator will answer your questions and share recommendations to lay the groundwork for your custom build.
- Mutual NDA: Following our initial discussion, we will send over a Mutual NDA and Manufacturing Agreement. Both documents must be signed and returned before proceeding to the next stage.
- Formulation Writing and Sourcing: Using the specifications gathered from your meeting, our formulator drafts your custom formula. Our sourcing team then secures current market pricing for all components and sources any specialty ingredients not currently in stock. Finally, the formulator reviews the ratio balance to finalize the formulation design.
- Providing Quotation: You will receive an email titled "Ingredient Deck & Quotation" containing your complete INCI ingredient list alongside qualifying marketing claims (such as cruelty-free or organic content percentage). This breakdown includes pricing for bulk volumes (e.g., 1-gallon and 5-gallon options) as well as itemized costs for private label services, including packaging, labeling labor, and sealing.
- Formula & Budget Adjustments: After reviewing your quote, your formulator will connect with you to answer questions and fine-tune details. Because we build every custom formula in-house, we offer complete flexibility to adjust ingredients and overall costs. Our formulator will advise on optimal ingredient ratios and point out smart cost-saving options, such as alternative raw materials or concentration adjustments, without compromising overall performance. Once the formulation and pricing are finalized, we move to billing.

Invoicing & Payment Terms:
(Each Private Label Order Will Get 2 Invoices)
- Orders Under $3,000: Full payment is required upfront.
- Orders Over $3,000: A 75% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 25% balance invoiced upon project completion.
- Production Variance & Final Billing: Production runs carry an industry-standard volume variance of +/- 2%. Your final invoice will reflect the exact yield of your batch. Any production underages will be credited against your final shipping invoice.
- Retain Samples: To maintain compliance and complete batch documentation, we retain 1 physical product sample per 1,000 units manufactured (at the client's expense).
- Shipping & Adjustments: Final shipping costs and any yield adjustments are billed separately upon completion before boxes are mailed out.
- Production Queue: Your order enters the manufacturing queue as soon as payment is confirmed and all raw ingredients are in stock. Estimated turn-around times are established during your initial planning meeting with the formulator and confirmed when production is scheduled.
