Salve Ships Within the United States Only

RETAIL:
To simply shipping expenses, our standard rate for non-bulk items is $8.00. All orders over $60 receive complimentary shipping.

BULK: 
All bulk orders receive complimentary shipping.

PRIVATE LABEL:
Private label shipping costs are estimated upon project completion based on weight, box size, and location. A separate invoice is presented at time of completion and must be paid before items are shipped.

INSURANCE:
We do not purchase insurance; however, if the customer would like to add this at their expense, we're more than happy to accomodate. 

PROVIDING SHIPPING LABEL:
Customers are welcome to provide their own pre-paid shipping label based on the dimensions, weights, etc. that we provide.

 

How long does it take to make my products?

At Salve, we take pride in making fresh products made to order. For bulk orders 5 gallons or less, please allow up to 2 weeks for manufacturing and shipping time. We're often much faster!

Items may occasionally go on Back-order  (out-of-stock) as we wait for freshly harvested materials from our growers and suppliers. Some materials are seasonally grown and may not be available.

Can I order an item that's out of stock (back-order)?

Yes, the system will allow allow you to put an "out-of-stock" item in your cart. And, it will allow you to "purchase" it. Please note the red indicator astricks that will appear to notify you that this item is indeed "out-of-stock." We will notify you once the item has been fulfilled, and will send you tracking information for your order. 

Delay in Deliveries

SALVE does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (20+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided, weather, production time, seasonal availability, or backorders may all delay delivery of your order.
