For bulk orders with volumes greater than 30 gallons (~150lbs), your formulator will provide an estimated project completion. The "Brand," our client, is solely responsible for all necessary regulatory and safety testing of the final, packaged product according to the Modernization of Cosmetic Regulations Act (MoCRA). This includes, but isn't limited to, patch testing, consumer safety assessments, and compliance with all local, national, and international regulations.
