Salve Ships Within the United States Only

Orders made from outside the United States (including Canada) will automatically be voided.

The cheapest method of shipping we found is with UPS. Both Fedex and United States Postal Office charge on average $1-$3 more than UPS.

Salve offers several shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the size, weight and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. To get an estimate of your shipping costs based on what's in your shopping cart, select the "VIEW CART" option, and follow the instructions.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will not be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout; however, items purchased while on "out-of-stock" status may require additional shipping.

How long does it take to make my products?

At Salve, we take pride in making fresh products made to order. Ordering Emergency Salves, Super Soft Scrubs and Soaks may take 1-3 days to make before it is shipped. Larger quanities may take longer. To request a quote for larger quanities, please call or Contact us via Email.

Items may ocassionally go on Backorder  (out-of-stock) as we wait for freshly harvested materials from our growers and suppliers. Some materials are seasonally grown and may not be available.

Can I order an item that's out of stock (backorder)?

Yes, the system will allow allow you to put an "out-of-stock" item in your cart. And, it will allow you to "purchase" it. Please note the red indicator astricks that will appear to notify you that this item is indeed "out-of-stock." We will notify you once the item has been fulfilled, and will send you tracking information for your order. NOTE: Purchasing items that are on Backorder may incur extra shipping charges. It is recommended you wait until the product becomes available, and will be listed as "in stock."

Delay in Deliveries

Salve does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (20+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, issues related to production time, seasonal availability, or backorders may all delay delivery of your order.
