Production Timeline: Good news, your dry shampoo will be made fresh to order! Please allow up to two weeks to complete your bulk order. In most cases, it will be completed sooner. For bulk orders with volumes greater than 30 gallons (~150lbs), your formulator will provide an estimated project completion. Potential delays may include raw material availability or production queue, but we will inform you of such circumstances.

Use on Dogs

Dog Application Instructions: This dry shampoo is a quick and easy way to freshen up your animal's coat when a full bath isn't an option. It's designed to soak up extra oil and neutralize odors, leaving the coat looking and smelling clean.

1. Prepare the coat: Make sure your dog's coat is completely dry. Use a brush to remove any loose fur or tangles.

2. Apply the powder: Sprinkle a small amount of the dry shampoo onto the coat. Start at the neck and work your way down the back, focusing on areas that seem a bit oily. Be sure to keep it away from their face and eyes.

3. Work it in: Use your fingers to gently massage the powder deep into the coat so it gets down to the skin.

4. Brush it out: Let the powder sit for just a few minutes to do its job. Then, brush the coat thoroughly to remove all the powder. This will also take the absorbed dirt and oil with it. A curry comb or slicker brush works great for this step.

5. Repeat if needed: If the coat is very dirty or oily, you can repeat the process to get a more complete clean.

Important Safety Considerations for K9 Use:

• Essential Oil Sensitivity: Dogs are generally more sensitive to essential oils than humans or horses, and some oils can be toxic if ingested, especially in concentrated forms. While the percentages provided are low, it's crucial to be extra cautious. Always consult with your veterinarian before using essential oils on your dog, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, elderly, or have any health conditions.
  
  
• Licking/Ingestion: Dogs often lick their coats. While the ingredients are generally considered non-toxic in small amounts, excessive ingestion of the dry shampoo powder should be avoided.
  
  
• Skin Sensitivity: Dogs can have very sensitive skin. Always perform a patch test.
  
  
• Puppies/Sick Dogs: Do not use this product on puppies under 12 weeks old, or on sick, elderly, or debilitated dogs without veterinary approval.

Use on Horses

Horse Application Instructions:

1. Brush Horse: Before applying, thoroughly brush your horse to remove any loose dirt or hair.
   
   
2. Apply Sparingly: Sprinkle a small amount of the dry shampoo onto the areas you wish to clean (e.g., mane, tail, areas prone to oiliness).
   
   
3. Massage In: Gently massage the powder into the horse's coat using your hands or a soft brush.
   
   
4. Let Sit: Allow the dry shampoo to sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb oils and odors.
   
   
5. Brush Out: Vigorously brush the horse's coat to remove the dry shampoo and any absorbed impurities. Repeat if necessary.

Important Safety Considerations for Horse Use:

• Respiratory Health: Horses are sensitive to dust and airborne particles. Apply the dry shampoo in a well-ventilated area, and take care to avoid a large dust cloud. Never apply near the horse's face, nostrils, or eyes. If the horse has a pre-existing respiratory condition like heaves (recurrent airway obstruction), consult with a veterinarian before use.

• Skin Sensitivities: While the ingredients are natural, some horses can have sensitive skin. Pay close attention to how the horse's skin reacts. If you notice any signs of a reaction, such as a rash, hives, or excessive rubbing, stop using the product immediately.

• Saddle and Tack Areas: Be sure to thoroughly brush out all of the powder from the areas where a saddle or other tack will be placed. Any remaining residue could create friction and lead to a sore or irritation under the tack.

• Use as Directed: This product is intended for external use on the coat only. Do not apply to open wounds, cuts, or skin with active inflammation.

• Storage: Keep the product container tightly sealed and stored in a secure location where the horse cannot access it. Horses can be curious and might chew on or ingest the container, which could be harmful.

• Veterinarian Consultation: If your horse has any skin conditions, allergies, or is on medication, it's always a good practice to consult with a veterinarian before introducing a new product.

Warnings & Precautions

Storage: Transfer the finished dry shampoo to an airtight container. A shaker bottle, a jar with a wide mouth, or a powder dispenser would be suitable.
