Use Instructions for Dogs & Horses

Our Dry Skin Spot Oil Treatment is designed for targeted relief of dry, flaky, or irritated skin patches. Follow these simple steps for effective use:

1. Prepare the Area: Gently clean the affected dry skin area with a mild, animal-safe cleanser (if necessary) and ensure it is thoroughly dry.
   
   If there's matted fur or hair covering the dry spot, carefully and gently trim it away to allow the oil to penetrate the skin directly.
   
   
2. Perform a Patch Test (Essential First Step!): Before applying to a larger area, always conduct a patch test. Apply a tiny amount (1-2 drops) of the oil to a small, discreet, healthy skin area (e.g., inner thigh, behind the ear).
   
   Wait 24 hours to observe for any signs of irritation, redness, or allergic reaction. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
   
   
3. Apply the Oil: Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
   
   Apply a few drops of the Dry Skin Spot Oil Treatment directly onto the clean, dry, affected skin patch.
   
   Gently massage the oil into the skin with your fingertips until it is absorbed. The lightweight texture allows for easy penetration.
   
   
4. Frequency of Application: Apply 2-3 times daily, or as needed, until the dry skin improves and comfort is restored. Consistent application is key for best results.
   
   
5. Prevent Licking (If Applicable): While our ingredients are natural and generally safe, it's best for the oil to absorb into the skin rather than be licked off immediately.
